What Do Pets Need helps you find the enclosure, setup, everyday food and gear your pet needs, for reptiles, fish, small pets, birds, dogs and cats.
Sizes and care come from animal welfare charities and veterinary schools, food safety from the ASPCA and Pet Poison Helpline, and gear sizes from makers’ own charts. Each page lists its sources. Where sources disagree on a minimum size, the site shows both and treats the bigger one as the safe side.
The site doesn’t cover vaccines, medicine or treatment. Those are for your vet.
